Lithgow SMLE (Short Magazine Lee-Enfield) Mk III* chambered in .303 British.
Has a bayonet mount, a protected front blade sight, and a graduated (2 - 20) adjustable rear sight. It is marked 'MA LITHGOW SMLE III* 1942' under the bolt handle. The butt stock is marked "1943" on the right side. All original, matching, metal is in about excellent condition, no rust or pitting. The stock is very good with minor dings and scrapes. Bore is clean with deep lands and grooves. We have around 300 rounds of ammo available as well.
Great WWII collectible in original, high condition.
